Inside Yingruida's 6,000 m2 Display Plant: 8 Module Lines, 2.4 Million Pcs a Month

Shenzhen, Guangdong — Behind every display module shipped by Shenzhen Yingruida Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. is a 6,000 m² plant in Bao'an District running 8 module lines and producing 2.4 million pcs per month. The layout is organised around four technologies rather than one, which is what allows a customer to source TFT, e-paper, OLED and segment LCD from a single supplier.

How the Plant Is Organised

Production areaLinesWhat it builds
TFT colour displays30.85–2.4 inch panels and modules
EPD e-paper31.5–7.5 inch mono, tri-colour and four-colour modules
PM OLED20.49–2.42 inch mono OLED modules
Custom segment LCDDedicated capacityTN / HTN / STN / FSTN / VA per customer drawing

Total monthly capacity across the four families is 2.4 million pcs, delivered by a workforce of 380 covering operators, process engineers, equipment technicians, quality inspectors and sales engineers.

Why Automation Changes the Answer

The workshop is highly automated, with robotic and automated equipment handling the heavy and repetitive work on the line: cell and module handling, bonding, assembly and inspection. The practical effect for a buyer is repeatability. When the same machine performs the same motion with the same parameter set, the difference between lot 3 and lot 30 is far smaller than when those steps depend on manual dexterity.

  • Consistent optics: backlight and polarizer assembly performed under the same conditions on every lot.
  • Consistent bonding: controlled pressure and temperature rather than operator judgement.
  • Consistent inspection: the same criteria applied to every unit, logged per lot.

What Comes Off the Lines

The product mix is deliberately narrow in size and wide in technology. TFT colour modules from 0.85 to 2.4 inch serve instruments, wearables and small control panels. EPD e-paper modules from 1.5 to 7.5 inch, in mono, tri-colour and four-colour versions, serve electronic shelf labels, tags and low-power status displays. PM OLED modules from 0.49 to 2.42 inch serve compact indicators, and custom segment LCD serves appliance and controller panels where a fixed icon set and a wide viewing angle matter more than colour.

Quality and Compliance in the Same Building

Incoming material, in-process and outgoing inspection run under our ISO 9001:2015 quality management system, with occupational health and safety managed under ISO 45001:2018 — both certified on 11 December 2025 and valid to 10 December 2028, scope: manufacturing of display devices. Our LCD products are independently verified by SGS against EU RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863 with the result Pass (Report No. SZXEC25004455501).

Because development, production and quality control sit on one site, a change to an FPC, a backlight or a polarizer is confirmed by the same team that runs the volume order. That is the structural reason our customers can move from sample to mass production without reopening the specification each time.
