Yingruida Display Manufacturing Certified to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018

Shenzhen, Guangdong — Shenzhen Yingruida Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. now manufactures all display devices under two certified management systems: ISO 9001:2015 for quality and ISO 45001:2018 for occupational health and safety. Both certificates were issued on 11 December 2025 by Shenzhen Zhongxin Certification Testing Co., Ltd. (CNAS C295-M) and remain valid until 10 December 2028, with the certification scope covering the manufacturing of display devices at our plant in Bao'an District.

Why These Two Certificates Matter to Buyers

For a buyer sourcing display modules, a certificate is not a wall decoration; it is an answer to a specific question. ISO 9001:2015 answers "can this supplier hold the same specification across batches?" ISO 45001:2018 answers "is this supplier's production stable, and are its people working under a managed safety system?" Both questions come up in supplier audits, and both are difficult to answer convincingly without a certified system in place.

  • Batch consistency: incoming material, in-process and outgoing inspection are defined procedures, not individual habits.
  • Traceability: panel, backlight and FPC batches are logged against the production lot, so a deviation can be traced to its source.
  • Continuity of supply: managed safety and process discipline reduce the risk of sudden line stoppages.
  • Audit readiness: European and North American buyers can request the certificates and the related audit records as part of their vendor qualification.

What Sits Behind the Paperwork

The systems cover a 6,000 m² plant in Bao'an, Shenzhen, running 8 module lines — 3 for TFT colour displays, 3 for EPD e-paper and 2 for PM OLED — with dedicated capacity for custom segment LCD. Monthly output reaches 2.4 million pcs across the four product families, produced by 380 employees covering operators, process engineers, equipment technicians and quality inspectors.

In practice, the quality system shows up at three points: IQC on incoming glass, polarizer, FPC and backlight; IPQC on bonding, assembly and ageing stations; and OQC before packing, where units are checked against a signed sample. When a customer reports an issue, the lot records make it possible to identify whether the cause was a material batch, a process parameter or a handling problem, instead of replacing units and hoping the problem disappears.

What Customers Receive

  • Certificate copies and scope statements for vendor qualification files
  • Lot-level inspection records on request
  • SGS-verified EU RoHS compliance for our LCD products (Report No. SZXEC25004455501, result Pass)
  • A single point of contact for technical, quality and delivery questions

Certification does not make a supplier perfect. What it does is put the process in writing, make it auditable, and give the buyer a defined route when something goes wrong. For projects with a multi-year supply plan — electronic shelf labels, instrument displays, appliance controllers — that structure is usually worth more than a marginal price difference.
