Yingruida LCD Products Pass SGS Verification Against EU RoHS Directive 2015/863

Shenzhen, Guangdong — LCD products from Shenzhen Yingruida Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. have been independently verified by SGS-CSTC Standards Technical Services Co., Ltd., Shenzhen Branch, against the EU RoHS Directive (EU) 2015/863 amending 2011/65/EU. Verification Report No. SZXEC25004455501, dated 17 December 2025, records the result as Pass.

What Was Tested

The scope was not a single model presentation. Four LCD models were submitted — YRD096-1608BB1G09-C08, YRD096-2864KSWEG01-H30, YRD0290BBS800F6HP-M7 and YRD83194A — and each was disassembled into its constituent parts so that every material in contact with the final product could be checked separately.

Why 35 Components Instead of One Screenshot

The submitted samples were broken down into 35 individual components: metal and plastic housings, transparent and printed glass, polarizers, FPC, solder joints, adhesives, tapes, PCB and wire insulation. Each part was screened by EDXRF and then analysed by ICP-OES, UV-Vis and GC-MS following the IEC 62321 series, including IEC 62321-3-1, -4, -5, -6, -7-1, -7-2, -8 and -12.

This matters because the highest RoHS risk in a display rarely sits in the panel itself; it tends to appear in solder, adhesives, insulation and printed coatings. Testing only a finished unit can hide a non-compliant sub-material behind compliant ones. Component-level testing removes that blind spot, and it is also what a European buyer's compliance team usually asks for when a product is declared in a technical file.

What It Means for Importers

  • Documentation you can forward: the report can be attached to your own EU declarations and customer questionnaires.
  • Fewer sample surprises: material approval is already established before your order is placed.
  • Clarity on scope: the report covers the listed LCD models; other product families are handled as separate verification projects if required.
  • Consistency with production: the same materials approved in the report are controlled through incoming inspection under our ISO 9001:2015 system.

About the Manufacturer

Yingruida produces TFT colour displays, EPD e-paper modules, PM mono OLED modules and custom segment LCD in a 6,000 m² plant in Bao'an, Shenzhen, on 8 module lines with 2.4 million pcs of monthly capacity and 380 employees. Manufacturing runs under ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 management systems.

For buyers comparing suppliers on price alone, compliance paperwork often looks like overhead until the first customs or retail compliance check. Having the report on file before that moment is the difference between a delivery that clears and a container that waits.
