Each is mounted at a door, read from the corridor while walking, and updated when a booking changes rather than on a timer.

Event driven updates are the first advantage: a sign that refreshes when a booking changes is always correct, while a timer driven sign is wrong for as long as the interval. The 178 degree panel reads from the corridor, not just from directly in front. No cable means a sign can go on a glass partition or a plasterboard wall without a power drop and a permit. Installation: charge the unit, mount the frame at door height, join the 2.4G network, bind the sign to a room in the console and connect the calendar. Confirm the room name and the time zone before the first sync, since a wrong zone shifts every booking. Run one full refresh after mounting to clear transport ghosting.

Door signs live with slamming: fit a compliant pad behind the frame and never clamp the glass directly. Keep within 0 to +50 C, out of direct sun through a corridor window. Do not press the face to test the mount, keep solvent cleaners off the film, and charge with the supplied cable. Remove the cell before long storage.
