A wall control panel has to look like a fixture, not a device. This module is a 170x320 IPS TFT bonded to a capacitive touch sensor under one cover glass, 2.03 mm thick, 500 nits so it reads in a lit hallway. Cells are switched by thin film transistors and lit by four white LEDs behind a guide; the IPS layout keeps the crystal rotating in plane, so colour holds when a user looks down at a panel mounted at chest height. The touch layer is a projected capacitive grid, transparent electrodes forming a capacitance at each crossing, and a finger near the glass removes charge from the nearest nodes so the controller can interpolate a coordinate. Because the sensor is optically bonded, there is no air gap to scatter light, and the panel face reads as a single sheet of glass.

Thermostats show a setpoint and a mode tile. Lighting keypads show a scene grid. Intercoms show a visitor and a call button. Blind controllers show a position slider. Audio plates show a source and a volume arc. Each is wall mounted in a back box and used dozens of times a day by people not looking carefully.
4. AdvantagesThe panel is designed around the wall case, not the bench. A 2.03 mm bonded stack fits a shallow back box and removes the overlay and its dust gap. The 170x320 ratio holds six large tap targets without scrolling, which matters when a user is standing and reaching. 500 nits survives a hallway downlight, IPS keeps contrast below eye level, and capacitive touch removes the membrane that would wear out first.
5. FunctionsThe module shows tiles, sliders, scene icons and 65K colour images, takes 4-SPI display data and I2C touch reports, supports interrupt driven wake so the host sleeps until a finger arrives, and allows windowed updates so a setpoint change repaints only its field. The touch controller reports several points, which lets a host distinguish a tap from a two finger gesture on a small panel.
6. User ManualInstall sequence: wire 3.3 V and the SPI and I2C lines into the back box, reset the display and the touch controller, load the ST7789P3 table for 170x320, capture the touch baseline, then enable the backlight. Calibrate after the wall plate is fitted, since the plate changes the capacitive environment. If a panel triggers by itself after installation, look for an unearthed metal plate before suspecting the sensor.
7. PrecautionsKeep the cover glass supported and never press on it to seat the module, because the adhesive passes the load into the cell. Stay within -20 to +70 C, avoid solvent cleaners that attack the polariser edge, and keep condensation out when a cold unit is installed in a warm room. Never hot-plug the connector with the backlight on.
8. ShippingProduction ships 5-10 working days after payment. Samples go by express for a wall box trial, volume by air or sea, and monthly capacity around 100,000 pieces covers a building project schedule.
9. Payment TermsT/T, L/C at sight and Western Union are accepted. Sample panels are prepaid, and project volumes run on a deposit plus balance against shipping documents.
10. PackagingEach panel ships with a protective film on the cover glass, in anti-static trays with foam seats, sealed in a moisture barrier bag inside an export carton marked per model.
11. Purchase, Return and After-SalesMinimum order is 10 pieces, enough to fit out a show apartment. Impact damage is replaced after photo verification, the 12 month warranty covers defects, and our engineers assist with touch baseline tuning and back box grounding.
